Its again the end of the first semester (as they dubbed in high school).... its again our SEMESTRAL BREAK. Many must be happy, some must be with plans for the long week vacation. For me, I consider it as a NONE BREAK because I'll be going to Mangaldan National High School for the Regional STEP Skill and Development Competitions. It will be again an adventure... a new fun.. and a new learning for me.
This year, I have 2 fields for the competition. I have to have double time so that I can review for the Business Planning and for the Techno - Quiz. Its really a tough job to have more than one fields when pertaining to the RSDC. the worse is that the days for the contest is of separate...
Business Planning is the first field. We had practice a lot I think... When we went to our contest area, I was so nervous. Few teams had their business attire. I can't imagine myself with that attire. When I step in the room where the judge is together with my colleagues, I felt very nervous. When I am on my part to talk... I think my brain is like a computer that every word is programmed... (very funny)
For the second day, my most unforgettable experience for a quiz show in my high school life.... Because of a letter "H" we did not able to grab the second place but we landed on the 4th place. I was so not into it when they announced that our spelling is incorrect, that is our only way to get to the top three... Because of the word "WHETTENING" that we spelled "WETTENING"... oh my God... I said to myself....
Oh well... i think its not our luck... but this is my last time for the RSDC... but I acquired more learnings for myself. i am very thankful that I am a part of this contest for 3 years now...
